Is anyone on there going?

https://fragarama.com.au/
I really want to, but hard to justify travelling across the country for!

...just realised i called it Fragmania not Fragarama... and i have been saying it wrong the entire time haha :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

Fragapaloosa, Fragarama, Frag a mama?

IT's a coral show? YOu have to make the trek. I would have to buy a flight to Australia and I'm afraid to go there after I heard what Benny Hill said happened to him.

Never heard of it, but no way am I going to pay for tickets to look at coral and have someone try to sell them to me.

The LFS lets me look for free

The drive home for you would be 3 days with the coral in a cooler box, right?

Only 3 days? Totally do-able!

These trade shows are where you can meet the vendors, the poachers, and the best suppliers of stuff that can be acquired from near and far away ecosystems. All the OG reefers and pirate shippers will be there. Totally worth the price of admission.

I'm on parole so I can't leave the country unless I get another Passport.

2-3 days yeah, or one flight.

Not sure if you could take Coral on a flight though - i imagine that a lot of the vendors would offer shipping.

Would be amazing to go as there are some seriously good Coral growers exhibiting.

My job has a expo going on in Denmark(?) later this week and I would love to go just to see the old folks who are gathering and talk shop with them as well as listen to their topical discussion sessions. I found out too late and probably wouldn't want to travel 1/2 around the world, stay in hotels, eat strange food, get jet lagged and maybe mugged in a dark speak-easy if I got lost wanering around in a strange town, But I digress. These things have a life of their own, and life is often as good as we can make it.
