Frammer Questions

I have a frammer and 2 questions. 1, are the polyps I circled new head that are growing? Under blues they glow the same color as the rest of the coral.
2nd- are the little tubes along the coral "stem" bad? Should I grab the frag and get them off of it? Or are they harmless? Each little tube has two little "whiskers" coming out of it. Thanks in advanced!

Btw it’s a hammer not frammer.
Those are new heads and those tubes are hydroids. I would take the frag out and clean it with a tooth brush

Thanks, it was sold to me as a frammer so that's what I call it lol thank you I'll clean it up then!
