It's been a while since my last update (things have been a bit crazy). Here are some updated pics of the tank, including the new yellow wrasses. The rest of the fish hide as soon as I pull out the camera.

Hi - do you remember what size loc-line and fitting you bought for the return nozzle? Having a hard time figuring out what size line, fitting, and nozzle to buy. (Hope this thread is still active... )

I just installed a Vectra M2, so I'm wondering if I should get the dual 3/4 nozzles so I can run closer to the high end of the pump capacity.

Yes, I'm using the stock pump around 1800 GPH. I don't have a valve on it that restricts the flow.

From what I've seen on mine, if you want to run at the higher end of the Vectra, I would get the 3/4 rather than 1/2 to not restrict your flow as much.

I've enjoyed reading through this thread. I was originally thinking I wanted a Max s 400, but after seeing both in person the extra sump space, extra light and extra circulation pump has me thinking the 500 is the way to go.

Just an fyi:

Owned a 2013 s400, but sold it last year to another R2R member.
Downsized to the Red Sea Reefer Nano that comes with a sump.

Loved that s400. Super high quality with an amazing all aluminum stand.
Their coast to coast overflows are hard to beat.

Big update. My lid arrived on Friday from @ArtFully Acrylic. Beautiful lid!! Here are some pictures, including the packaging.

I love this lid. It was totally worth the wait, and the customer service was awesome.

Now that the lid arrived, I spent all of Saturday transferring my rocks and livestock to the new tank, and breaking down the old tank. Here are a few pics of the new tank. I still have some frags to place.

So happy to have everything in the new tank!!
