Frog spawn help

Anyone know the cause of the brown on frog spawn head. Just appeared.
All parameters are in check.

That head is dead, cut it out if possible...
There is something amis in your parameters judging by the looks of the other heads...
What are your parameters??

I would cut and remove that quickly out of my tank. It look like brown jelly and should take the other heads.

How much light is it getting? I found in my tank that my hammers, frog spawn, octos torches etc do better in semi shaded areas
