I bought a frogspawn several weeks ago and it was doing great until earlier this week when I saw one of my larger hermit crabs on top of the frogspawn after feeding it. Since the hermit crab attacked the coral has seemed unhappy and today looks as shown in the attached photo. Can the coral be saved or is it too far gone?

Hermits don’t attack frogspawn. He stole the food from it. They are opportunistic feeders. Even a shrimp would do the same. Feeding needs to be supervised and coral should be given 10-15 min to allow them to actually eat the food and get it internal.

As for the frogspawn health/life, I would need a closer pic. Can you move the frogspawn closer to the front glass and take a pic or take a photo more zoomed in?
