Frogspawn splitting

Hey guys quick question, I have a frogspawn that I have had for sometime. It's grown in size but hasn't grown new heads.
Recently I noticed it hasn't been looking itself not expanding as usual etc but one of the heads is definitely growing a new head from the side.
And I think the other head is splitting right down the middle?
Does this look normal to you guys?

Any thoughts? The other fs I have is growing totally new stalks so i just didn't know it was usual for them to split from right down the middle?
