Frogspawn splitting?

Got my first frogspawn a little over a week ago. There is a big bulge between the two miles. Is it splitting or is there something wrong? First Pic iswhen I first got it and then now.

Youll see the head begin to become two as it grows. So it is kind of a split.

It does look like a bubble. If it's not splitting what is it doing? Is it good bad?...

There a great article by James Fatheree on torches and frogspawn in advanced aquarist that goes into deep detail on the biology evolution, care and diseases.

He has no idea why it does that. :confused:
It seems they do this but there were no ill effects.

A Fipple is the mouthpiece of a Recorder aka an end blown flute. You can trust me I do custom wood working. I've never seen it applied to anything to do with mathematics
