Frogspawn splitting?

Hey guys! My frogspawn frag has been recessed a bit recently. Looking at it today I noticed it may be splitting, is this the case or something else? Thanks for the help!

There are 2 mouths but they shouldn't receed unless there is an issue with water quality.

There looks like some algea or possibly dinos.

What are your parameters and age of tank to start?

Age of tank is around 8 months, I have been dealing with a GHA outbreak and rising PHOS numbers for about 2 months. I have been dosing MG, ALK, CAL. DT is currently fishless due to Ich outbreak
