Ooooh looked dark to me lol. I use the small blocks so looked different. ;)
Technically it was Pacific Plankton from Rod's Food. They look like mysis but are brighter pink. They have a higher carotenoid level

Like to spam my own thread lol , tank still seems kinda cloudy maybe I’m used to starfire glass? Or a result of over 90 lbs of dry sand ? Idk lol everything doing fairly well besides most of the GBTA. It seems they got sick in the transfer and are recovering

Curious, did you? how long did you wash the new dry sand?
Didn’t wash sand at all lol I kno your are supposed to but didn’t have a ton of spare time / ability to. So could be a combo of new sand + dry and bacteria free for all

LTA picked ideal spot I’ve been trying to get it to! Happy about that, hopefully doesn’t move again lol. Need to buy a wave maker for the left side of tank opposite of gyre to make random flow, feels too linear otherwise

Thinking of doing only a cube daily/ nori for a bit.
Been feeding like crazy 4-6 frozen cubes daily /
Clam on half shell / nori for the CBB and tangs are fat! CBB still looks healthy but not eating prepared foods. Pods are exploding and all over the glass, so I think feeding less will actually be better for all
