So my newest addition to the tank is a copperband. During qt it would eat here and there but not until I tried frozen blood worms did I see it actually eat like I had hoped.
My question is are they safe to use often? I have heard that they are mainly intended for fresh water fish and they could mess up a saltwater fish’s digestive system if used for more than a treat. Even the packaging says for for freshwater fish.
I feed my tank a mix of multiple foods and little by little the copperband is picking at more than just the blood worms. But is it ok to add some to everyday feedings?

while you can, feed sparingly as any unconsumed are capable of fouling the water and changing your water chemistry
