I have only had it for about 3-4 months. I got it in trade for a radion gen 3.

It was set up only about two weeks on my tank. There's a lot of things that can be set up on this thing and I only dose two items. I didn't even take the time to upgrade the firmware.

Condition is good. I'll post photos of it tonight so you can verify. Condition is probably a 7-8/10.

I took it offline because my laptop had issues communicating with it via Bluetooth. Support told me this was because of the mac that I was using in conjunction with user error.

I set it to dose manually a certain amount of Alk and got no response from the doser. I set it to dose calc and got no response from to doser.

I shutdown my laptop and walked away. Returned to find the doser had dosed both at the same time and not stopped. I unplugged it and it stopped but I did have a major oversaturation event. I didn't lose anything other than a wrasse.

Regular dosing operation was fine over the time I had it set up. Dosed without issues.

Support told me that the doser didn't stop because I shut down my computer without disconnecting it and the lag in start time was because of weak Bluetooth connection.

That's a full disclosure story like no one else on here will give.

I only have one mac laptop. So the connection point was a big deal for me. Support claims that new firmware would resolve the issue.

I decided to go to dos for the apex connection. This was also simply more doser than I needed.

I actually think the body is still a 10/10.

Everything else is what frags down my rating.
