My whitetail developed these marks and grows along its lateral line. I don’t think it’s lymph because most of the marks are on it’s lateral line. It use to be stringy coming out of the faces lateral line. Any idea? I’m probably gonna treat with triple sulfa but want to get other opinions

Looks more like a viral lymphocystis. Can possibly be added flukes. Lympho is associated with both poor water quality and diet. Understand that it can be the water of the LFS or yours.
First measure I would take is to give the fish a 5 minute FW DIP at the same temperature as your display tank. Do a small water change.
after the dip, look on bottom of container and see if there’s anything that looks like sesame seeds or fish scales. Those would be flukes
Monitor water quality biweekly and step up the diet. I recommend

spirulina brine shrimp
LRS herbivore diet
Mysis shrimp
Small plankton
Hikari veggie mega marine
Hikari marine cuisine
Formula 2 flake and frozen

Add selcon vitamins and garlic extract to the foods for stamina and immunity health also
