Any idea why this Fungia looks different than the others like it at the lfs?

I had it for about 6 months and it has looked like this for at least 4 months.

Is there too much flow on that side? Is there any flow at all? Is there another coral on that side? I would suspect something with the flow, or another coral bothering it, but really need more details about the tank.

I have my wave makers high on the tank (180 gal 2x2x6)…I have sorta fine sand and if too much flow on the bottom it tends to stirs it up too much. The closest coral is a green paly, but it is not that close.
