I've been creeping on dfwmas for a few years now just trying to learn as much as I can about the hobby as I can. It's been pretty fun for me so far. When it becomes work and a pain in the tush Ill sell it all and move into the next hobby but I'm not done yet so here it goes:

Its actually really nice above a shallow 36" tank. I have had an ai sol and also an ai Vega which were both nice but I wanted to try the kessil. When I did I was pretty amazed by the shimmer and spread of the single source spot.

There are shadows and after a year in I'm actually wanting a hybrid to go over this tank now.

I have a 65rimless and a 75rimless waiting to be set up with proper parts so I am always trying to decide where to spend money first.

Now with the pico in Marlees room I have that I need to populate. I'm thinking of putting rics on the bottom rock and sticks on the top rock. Mostly pink and red corals and some purple.

The rics and sticks tank lol.


On the 75 I'll be looking to go led t5 hybrid also want to use the vectra as a return along with a decent DC skimmer like skimz or something. I have a crystal30 sump and I also want a glh doser. When I aquire all that it'll go up in a hurry. Until then my nanos will keep me busy!
