General background - I have a 60 gal cube, 24” all the way around 25” tall. It’s almost all LPS with a few SPS smaller drags. Sump, skimmer, fuge, 9 months old and rapidly on its way to maturity.

it currently is running the AI hydra 32HD with saxbys Signature and a few mods to the intensity and RYB, Blue and whites. It’s mounted with the goose neck at 14” above water level. I’ve never run any PAR tests, however growth is noticeable and all coral is doing very well in my opinion. All that to say, should I add an additional 32HD for more growth, color saturation etc.? I plan to add more SPS as I’ve just begun dosing as well.

What's making you want another fixture? Sounds like your corals are doing well, is there alot of shading or light drop off near the sides?

There’s nothing substantial to complain about. I guess a better question would have been SHOULD I add another light for better/faster growth? having two 32HDs in my head made me think it would help?

If you're getting good results I would hold off until you start getting some shadowing. Like other posters mentioned, adding a reefbrite bolt on or T5 fixture could offer more even coverage than a point light source. That said. I would just wait it out since you're already in a sweet spot
