This is really fuzzy. Had it for a while, relatively slow grower..any idea what it is?

I kinda thought that for a while.. wasn't sure.. the guy that gave it to me said "here you can have this green thing whatever the 'heck' it is.." lol..

I've never had one but I'd treat it like sps. Good light, good flow, clean water.
