Thought I'd ask for a second opinion.

I recently got myself a new Gonodactylid, but I'm a little unsure of if he's a falcatus, or a a ternatensis, though I'm leaning towards the latter. thougths?

Hungry little dude! Could be a falcatus, although to be honest I found similar images that indicated it was a ternatensis. The only thing I am certain of is that it's a mantis shrimp. :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

Suspected as much. Couldn't find any incidence of the red inter-segmental bands on other gonodactylids.

So the largest species of the genus then, cool! :)
