G5 Overheating Despite Fan Working

Got kinda a weird one. One of my G5 Radio Pro "overheats" almost every afternoon and starts blinking. Opened it up. Fan spinning fine.

Running the AB+ schedule.

Others works just fine.

Any ideas?

I've had a similar issue, and removing the led circuit board and then reseating the pins fixed the issue.

Btw, have gotten around opening it up to see if that works, and I noticed that transparent plastic lower cover that goes right over the LEDs is cracked.

Could this cause any heating issues or is that something unrelated?
