GAC in 28 Gallon Nano

I have it in a Phosban 150 reactor... how much, how often? I'm currently running BRS Rox 0.8.

A half cup or less should last close to a month, but each system is different. If your water is 'yellowing' before then, change more frequently, if it isn't, try less frequently.

Am I depleting anything other than iodine/iodide that is beneficial to my tank by using GAC?

You may be depleting some beneficial things, but it does more good than harm.
