Galaxea bleaching

In the last week I've noticed my Galaxea hasn't been opening up fully and in the last 2 days it seems to be bleaching? I've had it for almost 2 years and has grown like a weed in the same place, it started from a 4 ployp plug. I'm not sure whats going on with it everything else is doing great in the tank. Any ideas
