Its in a biocube 29 with a A80 kessil thats been running for over a 1yr and I got my GBTA over a month ago. I've been doing a 10g water change once a week since my nitrates were high. It was looking good this morning now it looks like its melting/deflated after a water change. I've been using RO water from my RP buddy I got from amazon. I did use Prime Pristine, would that effect it at all? I don't have a QT, so kinda at a lose on what to do

Have you checked your parameters before and after the water change . We’re the salinity , temp, alk , cal, mag , of the new water similar to the water you were changing ? . Did you check phosphates? If you could post your current parameters it would be helpful .

All tests done with salifert
Temp 78-80
Salinity 1.025
Cal 0.04/480
Alk 0.32/10.5
Ammonia 0.00
Nitrites 0.00
Nitrates 50-100

I dont have a test kit yet for mag or phosphates yet

I think your parameters are out of balance. Take a water sample to your lfs for testing the elements you don’t have kits for.

Nitrates are high . I don’t understand the fluctuations between 50-100 which is it . That’s a big swing . what NowGlazeIT said is a good idea . Take a water sample to your local fish store and have your parameters checked .
