Added a few guys these last 2 weeks.

Melanarus wrasse I had to have, his coloration is so cool.

My Darwin misbars weren’t getting along and a lady on FB wanted them. Wife fell in love with a pair at a new lfs we have been going to and picked up a new pair. They are tiny guys, apparently they are from a local breeder.

Also picked up a lubbocks fairy wrasse at the same time. F99BA25A-A6F5-4AC7-BCBF-50CA5DA81BDC.jpeg

Here is a video I took at feeding time yesterday. My foxface is still super shy.

Also saw my pistol shrimp I haven’t seen since I added him months ago!

The only negative was I added a blue hippo that became sick upon going into the tank. He was pretty lifeless and couldn’t figure out what he had. Rather than making him suffer I pulled him and froze him

Pic heavy update!

Been a really busy summer. The tank got away from me a bit and dealing with some hair algea but it’s slowly receding.

Had a round of 3 blue hippos from the same lfs and none made it last a week. I will try again at some point with a different source.

I haven’t added anything to the tank all summer until @hdsoftail1065 was so kind to give me a rbta. It’s great sir and seems to be liking the tank and the 2 clowns hosted it immediately.

Update 11/23

Not a whole lot updating here. Tank is moving along. Still battling this algea on the rocks. Need to get testing to see what the issue is.

Added a tyree pink lemonde frag that seems to be doing well and a red dragon frag which is on the brink of death after falling into my hammer garden and sat for sometime before I noticed.
