Gel cushion for vibration

has anyone tried using the newer gel cushion pads to set pumps on, to help with vibration noise? Seems like they would work well, but am not sure whether the material will leach out any bad chemicals. Thoughts?

It's an interesting idea but it might be worth looking into any you're having these vibrations in the first place!

I give you that some pumps are more noisy that others, but excess vibration to a point where it starts to annoy you could possibly indicate a defect about to happen :upside-down-face:
