Known as thumb print is often bacterial and fish should be placed in a separate treatment tank and treated with Seachem Neoplex or Kanaplex which is a broad spectrum treatmentCan anyone tell me what's wrong with my Gem Tang and how to fix it please Thanks

Is it on both sides of the fish? Gem tangs develop a stress pattern that looks like this, but would be on both sides, about equally.
