Is there a way to identify sex for chromis? Thinking about getting some yellow line chromis. I haven't been able to find any info online.

I’m pretty sure the reason why chromis die off so quickly in captivity is not just uronema but also how there is no way of sexing them so you could have a huge group of males or a group of females. It’s unknown how their social hierarchy works so I personally avoid multiples of chromis and go with just one, I often leave groups of chromis for the largest of tanks.

I think I managed to sex my 3 blue green. 2males one female or 2 female one male. I have 2 the are far more colorful and one with slight yellow colour.
Also one has extended lower fin. Like pointed end
