Trying to link my Apex to Apex Fusion and Iam getting a down command on my controller. Does anyone know how to fix this so I don't have to wait on Neptune's support team?
 
Aquarium Specialty - dry goods & marine livestock
They just emailed me, I didn't have the Apex wired to my router. Thanks.
