Getting extremely frustrated with my Neptune Trident

Waited for a few days before I got new reagent and re-calibrated it. I did it TWICE, to the exactly per the instructions.

For a minute, it looks like it's calibrated properly with my alk @ 12.5 (i think thats a little high, consistently getting 11.3 with hannah). Then it goes to 425 (makes sense) and then 1290 mg (again, in line w/ other tests/and my red sea coral pro)


THEN, it just goes right back to displaying the calibration fluid settings (7.85 dkh 455 cal and 1390 mg )

I feel like this thing is a 600 dollar paperweight righ tnow..........Any ideas???

Ok,
After a calibration your Trident tile will show the calibration numbers. Have you run a test since calibration??

Walk away. Don't look at the Fusion dashboard for the next 6-12 hours. Look at it again in the morning and there's a 95% chance you will see the correct numbers.

It's been about 12 hours, still hasn't! Kind of hoping that was the case though

Well that is strange and obviously disappointing. Open a support ticket and hopefully they can help you ASAP.

You did put the supply tube back into the tank, right? First time I did a calibration, I forgot to take it out of the calibration bottle so the next test was right at the same Kitiona numbers LOL.

Was thinking same thing, as this was obvious... Hopefully he put the tank line back in.
