Getting the most from led bars

IMHO it depends on 2 things. The wattage of the leds and the spectrum of the leds.

I had 3 watt bars and they made good PAR. I think that's what all of the ones you listed have. PUR is probably more blue for corals, but some white is also useful. They serve different purposes, blue is photosynthesis (aka: food) and white (or all other spectrum) are for pigments, and production of other beneficial chemistries that go on inside the coral.

Was wondering which would be the best overall par and pur on these led bars reef brite, orphek and sb reef bars?
48" - 108W sbreef more like 65W
OR 120 Power Consumption: 65W+/_5%.
Think the reefbright is the same 65-ish watts.
Now "par" will depend on who's diodes are better (higher watt efficiency)..
Of course lensing and hanging height either concentrate or dilute the "par"

If you are referring to the "actinic" or all blue flavors PUR should be about equal if above "par" is equal and 100% for all intents and purposes.
Flip a coin........... ;)
