Did you take a whiff of the crab boil yet?I totally understand about the job thing, it is very bad in the area that I live in, we have 2 factories ,Bushes and Conagra or Walmart and McDonalds. Slim pickings ,I hope that you find something soon and I believe you will ,everything has its time. The right job will find you. I work in another county for my job. But ok now you should not leave this forum I thought we were getting along great , I for one enjoy our chats, so don`t let 1 or 2 bad apples spoil it for you! That kind of people will always ruin things for someone but we have to be tough and stand up to them, I totally am against bullying or making fun of someone. Don`t let them run you off or hurt your feelings , the rest of us are friends. Todd and I will track you down with the gators:D. We are behind you as friends! Hey and don`t forget I have your address now, I think I could you, I do have a GPS!:p
I do understand :-)I don't wanna move to another state. People don't really leave Louisiana, all about family and tradition here. Not really so much about family to me, some of my family I love allot, some I feel like a black sheep to, but it's more tradition. Louisiana is the number that had the most residents that born there. I just not right for me to leave. This state also has the largest petrochemical industry besides Texas. I want to be an operator with a permanent steady job, no more contractor work, too many ups and downs. I am still doing construction work but around here until something finally comes around.
I forgot to tell you , I have a second job as a private investigator and I have a nose like a blood hound!:pI have a p.o. box, lol
Yes, actually we have that same brand here , I just didn`t realize it! That is some strong stuff!Did you take a whiff of the crab boil yet?

People from other parts of the country don't usually why people are so close to their families here, they are usually do eager to move away from home when they get old enough. I always tell people about the quarterback Jake Delhomme, when he became famous he build a mansion in the Lafayette area, and then all of his family houses surrounding it in the same property. In Lafayette, I believe.^^This is true. A lot of people gripe about this place all their life, finally leave it, and then move back 6 months later with their tail tucked in-between their legs. ;) Transplants typically hate this place, and either never leave or fondly talk about the good ol' days in Louisiana when they move elsewhere. ;)
Anymore updates about the the Coral Fever event?^^This is true. Lol, I remember something. We lived in St. James parish, the neighboring parish is Ascension parish. When my sister got married and moved to Ascension parish, my other sister acted like she was moving to China. Lol
Your from Westwego? People are the same here sometimes with people from Vacherie, even though it's the same parish. And sometimes with people from Donaldsonville. I think people from Donaldsonville are kinda funny if you ask me, lol.Working on that as we speak. Trying to get the flyer finished for it, outlining all the details.
I'm from the Westbank (suburb area) of New Orleans. People from the Eastbank think Westbank people are trash. One evening I was over at a snowball stand (on the Eastbank) with some Westbank friends. I had a nice conversation with this guy from the Eastbank while eating my snowball. My friends gave me hell on the way home for talking to a Eastbanker. It's crazy.

Yes it is. I saw oak alley when I was little. Mississippi runs straight through St. James, everything is on this side of the river. I haven't even seen the other side that many times. This parish only has about 20,000 or so residents. I interviewed for a job at cornerstone chemical in Waggaman. I don't think I got that one. I interviewed at the chevron in Belle Chasse, didn't hear back from that one yet. That's kinda far though.Avondale - close enough to Westwego. Isn't Vacherie where Oak Alley is? Wife & I love that place!
Y'all have Zapp's potato chips in Tennessee? If not, did you like them?More like CIA:D
