I have type 2
Found out Friday and it runs through my dads side.
Still looking into nerve damage from my back issue

On a side note, the saints are disappointing this year. They traded everyone good, now they look like a college team. I can't believe we lost to Tampa Bay at home. Dree Brees has no protection and there is no defense. Just sad today. Rob Ryan is one of the ones who should have been gone. :(

most f my family has diabetes. weve learned its more about eating the right foods. eating high protein low carb diets has helped a lot. my mom is pretty bad, but shes learned she can eat anything so long as theres more protein than carbs. but everyone is different when it comes to how their body will react to different diets. hope you get it all figured out quickly.

Thank you
This came on suddenly within the last few months
I will know more tomorrow

yup. normal is easy. my om eats things like fish, chicken steak and pork. has a small side of pasta. lots of Greek yogurt (she loves the chocolate on top ones from dannon) ice cream, whatever she wants. she just makes sure there is more grams of protein in each meal than carbs. she also watches what the carbs come from. but youll learn all this in more detail based on your personal situation. if all you do is get tired then youre not too far off. if my mom isn't careful she passes out. after she worked on her diet and learned all this now she lives a normal life and enjoys her food again. goes for walks, rides bikes, plays with the kids. no issues. she even stopped taking her meds because she was able to stabilize it with her diet. doctor wasn't happy she was off her meds but was thrilled she got it under control without them.

My grandma, when we had a fish fry she would oven fry hers. She made sugar free pudding and other desserts. She would eat at specific times everyday. She was on control of it. She lost a fair amount of weight too.
