What do you think of the euro bracing?
yeah but remember you have to feed them and feed them often. they also need to be in very low light.
I read up alot on them, and they had an article in tropical fish magazine. And they in the wild they will grow in caves, but some will also in shallow reefs. Each polyp had to be fed several times a week.
I will probably do half and half, but I want the hand picked fiji rock. I know everyone is about saving the saving the oceans, but I still want the real thing. Lol
I know, a reef tank is allot of work. But it's only me, I don't have kids or anything. Everyone has that thing(s) they want.
when I do my next reef tank it will be all live rock. see, its still illegal to harvest rock off of a reef in most countries. when you buy premium live rock it doesn't come off the reef. it comes off of lease areas in open water where people have been piling rock for the last 10 years to sell later. we had a local lfs owner goto prison for harvesting rock off of a reef in florida.
I believe in Fiji and Pacific manato rock, they can harvest certain amounts per year. I think I read that Indonesia is stopping the harvesting of corals and/or fish. I can't remember exactly.
That's like these one d2mini told me about, Tampa Bay saltwater.
I remember seeing somewhere where they have allot storms there, the rock who naturally break off, and then they collect those pieces. Either way, I mean, even if they let dry rock sit there, it's from that region.
