low quality. its fine for my test tank but once I get everything down and get to work on the one that will be on display in my house for a long time, I want something quality. I mean check out this seam line in my bowl... the whole thing looks like crud but this part really annoys me. then all the rough spots in the glass collects micro bubbles and just looks like junk. but it was only a 6 dollar bowl.

I need to wipe down the tank lol. its just difficult with that sheet for a lid.

I saw a couple of bowls at petsmart that looked pretty good. One had, it was like a globe, with the continents etched into the glass. The other was sloped like.

yeah, I just want a nice, high quality traditional fishbowl. but doubt ill be able to get one... so im looking at building my own 1 gallon acrylic cube. 6x6x6, itll cost me about 20 bucks worth of acrylic and probably another 20-30 worth of supplies.

yeah, I basically traded one addiction for another. but im ok with that. this one isn't near as bad for me. outside of a few people being allergic to the PG and the very rare case of people being allergic to the PG and in the early days people catching pneumonia from inhaling the first juices they made, there hasn't been any complications in 15 years.

The only fish I would consider putting in a fish bowl is a betta. But I think it's too small for them. They are good for planters and loose change and reef bowls. Lol

lol I could probably get away with a clown goby or a blue and gold blenny but im going for low bioload so ill stick to coral and a couple shrimp or something.

It's considered cruel to put fish in a fish bowl cause there isn't alot of space swimming and water will fowl quick cause of poo. This idea is cool. It's a succulent garden.

the only thing I have to figure out is what im going to do during the summer. my house is never a constant temp. I have the doors and windows open some days and itll be 78+ in the house, then other days ill have it closed up and ac on and itll be 72. so im not real sure what im going to do yet, I would prefer not to stick a heater in that small of a bowl.
