GHL app connectivity has become very slow? Any suggestions?

I'm sorry to post such a dull topic/question...… but over the past few days, I noticed that it is taking longer and longer for the app to load. I tap the "pH icon" frequently to get to the "chart" but now when I tap the chart it just "thinks" and never loads.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!

There could be multiple reasons for that.
Have you tried connecting directly through the hotspot? What were the results?

There could be multiple reasons for that.
Have you tried connecting directly through the hotspot? What were the results?
I tried going back and forth from my router to the hotspot a few times and there doesn't seem to be a difference. A couple of times I got an error, "synchronization error occurring" but this didn't come up every time. (I think I saw it only when I tried the hotspot).

Try this trick, turn off charts and then try to connect. I find charts and graphs need to be cleared so they load faster.

By "turn off charts" do you mean to just hit the setting icon before going back to the Dashboard? (probably something more to it than that I'm guessing).

When I open the menu (upper right 3 dots), then "App settings", then "Go to my GHL-account management".... I get the following Error but I have no idea what all this means or what I should do:

I'm not having any speed issues, but I tried what you did above and got the same error.

I'm on an Android using Edge browser.

Hey! I fixed it! All I did was shut down my iPhone and restart it. That's about the extent of my I.T. skills! Hmmm....the 'ole Profilux trick!
