GHL Doser 2.1 Not connecting via USB or Lan

HI,

i have been trying to connect the doser for last 3 hours. this is the first time im setting it up. When i connect via USB it says the doser is not working and it wont connect.

i then tried the LAN wire and it could not connect

i then went to my ghl and it is asking for myghlID i put in the serial code that is on the unit and it still wont connect.

any suggestions?
