I’m in need of some info on the GHL magnetic stirrer and dosers.

1. what’s the output voltage and amperage for the Doser stirrer port?

2. how does the stirrer work with the doser?
2a. Does the stirrer only activate when dosing?
2b. Can the stirrer be set to stir at multiple times a day and say for a few minutes prior to dosing?

The stirrer is powered off of the same 24V PSU as the doser.

Info on how it works can be seen in this video:

FWIW, I put a volt meter on the output voltage during a stir and it ranges from 23.4v at the 1 setting and 24.4v at the 15 setting.

I was hoping it would be more variable something like 3-24 volts... But alas, it’s not.

I was hoping I could power my 12v Icecap Kalk stirring reactor from it. The Icecap uses a 3-12v rheostat to control the magnetic stirring pill.

Guess I’ll be doing plan B. A timer and switch for the Kalk stirrer. :)

S Port and the breakout box? Thinking outside the box?
Not a big deal, I have a few sockets to spare. It was really a spur of the moment thought to use the stirrer ports on my Kalk stirrer.
