I’m getting increasingly frustrated with my profilux that I’ve had for years. The load times have always been ridiculous for me and there are constant connection issues.

My next issue…the history will not load. I get the Loading Failed message along with being told I don’t have the necessary permission for this action. I have reset the controller multiple times, I have logged out of the cloud, I’ve switched everything on and off. I don’t know what else there is to do.

Has anybody experienced this and what has fixed it?

Bumping your post!

Maybe @Gaël can help as well?

I'd say they are going to say "Have you created a support ticket yet" which is really the first step in getting a resolution.

!!!!! If anyone has this problem: !!!!!

It means that you have not enabled myGHL for this profilux. This is the online server connections via wifi to store/show your sensor history.

Go to System > myGHL and change the mode to enabled. On a computer, go to https://myghl.com/GHLConnect/ and click on Add New Device. Go back to the app, under myGHL where you can find your ID And security key to add to your online myGHL account. Make sure the mode is enabled, everything is connected, then save. You can now see your sensor data/history.
