I’ve summited a support ticket, but maybe someone can help me out? I’m getting a reading of 46618 for both ph4 and ph7 readings? The probe is brand new as this unit is less than a couple of weeks old. I think it might be a setting I’m missing.

open a packet of PH 7 and see what readings you get. It should read 7 under current PH value in KH Director; if not recalibrate. Also what firmware of GHL Profilux you using? If you mean when you calibrate you get different readings this can happen and I don't know why..

any answer to this the same thing happens to me
I gave up, ghl wants me to send it in and I just don’t feel like dumping more money into it after I purchased a new motherboard and installed it and I still have the same issue. Not worth the hassle as I also have an Neptune apex system just going to go back to something more reliable.

I understand your point and how complicated it could be, I don't live in the United States, yesterday I did a lot of tests, I changed the probe, I put my KH Director on a friend's profilux with his probe and his doser and it shows the same error, we updated the firmware and nothing happens…

How much did you pay for the motherboard?

I didn’t want to pay the inspection fee associated with sending it in and shipping. So I just ordered the board and conformal coated it just incase this happened again. Thanks for the response maybe I’ll try to reinstall the firmware and if need be replace the component. Thanks for the pic!
