That’s an interesting theory. I’m gonna go test that. It’s a 125 with probably a 30 gallon sump
I have the same size. My sample size is 70ml. Hmmm. I cut V slots at the end of my line just case Head speed but you already confirmed it. On the reagent head speed did you calibrate it at the slow speed or fast speed?

Cut a V in my line and calibrated my waste water pump one more time, back to 5.3 dkh so, I am out of ideas. Maybe the tubing I am using on the reagent is the wrong kind? Would that even make a difference?

Did you open it up as well? Here’s a photo of my inside. See if you see anything out of the ordinary

Verify that white line inside the pinch valve isn’t collapsed. You can remove it and and squish it back. If it stays collapsed that could be the issue. Not enough reagent being allowed in.

Well it just gave me a 0 reading, thats new. Should I still take it apart or wait for GHL support?
Zero means no sample or no reagent detected. I’ve been through the 0 reading debacle. More than likely if it’s Vinny that’s helping you they will ask to open it. I say go for it. Take pictures inside as they might ask for them. They did with me anyway. And reference the photo I uploaded.
