You can open up the box and double check that the reagent line has no air bubbles. Also make sure the end of the line that goes into the bottle isn’t getting stuck to the bottom of the bottle in a vacuum. To me it seems there isn’t enough reagent getting into the sample. Or too much sample. How big is your tank?I hope so. Any other suggestions I can do?
