I've had my ghl pump for 1 year and only ever used the first 2 dosing heads. Recently the second dosing head was getting stuck when it starts to dose. I tried switching the calcium solution to one of the other heads that I've never used and it's also getting stuck after a few seconds of dosing. Anyone know how to fix this issue? 3 of the 4 heads get stuck.

Get a torq set to remove the outer blue cover. The heads easily disassemble. After that remove the rubber hosing and soak in warm fresh water for about 15 min.

Try kneading the hose very gently, you don’t want to create perforations.

Should be clean and clear in no time at all.
