GHL Support Tickets

I put in a repair/warranty ticket through GHL a week ago.

I have since put it other tickets with questions and those have been answered, however, not the ticket for my broken equipment.

can someone from GHL please assist with my ticket?

Try emailing them: [email protected]
They have a one person support department in the USA, so it could be that Vinny is traveling. I've had to wait a week for a response multiple times because Vinny has been traveling.

Thank you. Vinny is a stand up guy. Always has helped me in the past. I guess I am just getting anxious and nervous since I have a trip coming up and My wife would likely kill everything in my tank.
