Neptune Customer support = Non Existant

Ive got anew APex A3pro with a trident. PH probe wont calibrate. Put in a support ticket and it took 5 days to get a response to which all they said was we are backed up and then told me to reply with a bunch of answers that are all already in my original ticket because they didnt read the ticket. I responded and its been 4 days since then and i havent heard anything back. I enjoy the system but i think its about to get returned
