Anyone know how to get ahold of Apex support? I put in a ticket 4 days ago and they havent even looked at it.

Ive got an Apex A3 pro and during setup the PH probe wont calibrate and its reading way off. I put in a ticket for it and crickets after 4 days. This is a brand new unit and i just need a replacement.
