GHL website

can anyone tell me, where on the new GHL website, you can put in a ticket? I even went to the searchbar, and "it could'nt find ticket"
so....how do we put one in now?

I know, navigating that site is a nightmare…

At the bottom of the support page there is a “Tickets” icon you can click on.

Correct the website(s) are a nightmare. Some pages have the link at the bottom of the page.

But if you sign in first it is not there, you have to click back to another store or product page to see it in the footer.

That takes you to a support page full of "how to get support" but no links until you scroll to the bottom.

Now here I am not signed, in... so clicking tickets
takes you back to sign in

At least now after signing in, it takes you to tickets. It used to take you back to your profile page. So at least they fixed that.

Absolutely terrible customer facing website. The store itself is fine, everything else is horrible, especially the file downloads page.
