Giesemann Spectra vs. Giesemann Aurora V8

I've always been a metal halide/T-5 guy, but I'm a little concerned that halide bulbs will become obsolete some day.

I'm trying to decide between these two lights and I'm wondering if anybody has had experience with both. It looks like the Aurora V8 has been available across the pond for some time, but I can't find many reviews.

The new tank will be 54"L x 34"W x 24H" and will be all SPS.

The Spectra would be the 400 watt 48" version.

I also use spectras. I don’t think the bulbs will go anytime soon, but I have stocked up just in case.
