My tank has been fishless for about 2 weeks due to a nasty gill fluke infestation. (Yes it was flukes please don't ask if I'm sure .) Anyways there is no coral or inverts, the tank is at 82 degrees, and I've replaced all the sand. I know I still have a couple weeks to go but is there something I can do to guarantee all parasites are dead whenever I go to put fish in?

wait the full time - you could also do hypo salinity - depending on what else is in the tank (i.e I know no corals etc - but a CUC). Not sure the temp is going to help flukes much.

Oh I plan on waiting I'll be danged if these jerks make it onto my fish. I just wanted to know if there was something I could do while waiting the 6-8 weeks like make it 90 degrees or something

There's no guarantee but when the given flukes/flatworms and even protozoans have no host fish to reproduce, they likely will die off . Increased temperature often reduces their life cycles but still finish the treatment regimen

Do you mean "all parasites" or just flukes? Flukes can die out without as host in as short as 12 days (I like to go 30 though). For obligate protozoan parasites with resting stage (ich and velvet) I like to go a minimum of 45 days at that temperature. In the end, I usually opt for 60 days unless there is a compelling reason to make it shorter. Then, remember that most "failures" of a fishless fallow period is due to new fish not being properly quarantined and bringing a disease in with them.

Flukes was my only problem. By the time my fish is done with quarantine it'll have been 45 days anyway I'm just paranoid.
