So I finally got around to drilling my new tank but when I did one of the circles cut by the hole saw fell to the other side of the tank and chipped a portion of the top. The glass did not completely chip and it is still intact, but there is a cracked. This is at the top of the tank and I doubt it will grow in size but it is noticeable. Can I use a glass filler product to make it less visible? It would have to “wick” into the chip because the glass never even broke out.

I've repaired windshields on many different autos and had great success but car windshields are made differently by way of 2 pains w a laminate between. Tanks are not made that way and you will have pressure against the glass by way of water. If you do have a crack ime it will run. Not saying to not try but defiantly have plenty of towels and buckets. Good luck
