Glow in The Dark Substrate

Hey all, curious if anyone has ever used this glow in three dark stuff in their systems?

I’d be really hesitant to add anything like that in my setup in fear of the dyes or something similar throwing a monkey wrench into everything.

Exactly! That's why I was hoping someone else has already done the leg work [emoji28]... I was thinking maybe the FOWLR tank would be a good test run

Who ever said creating a natural reef was ideal for the inhabitants - didn't specify what planet "natural" had to come from. Hooray for glow in the dark!

But on a serious note I feel like you're asking for a disaster when your sand sifting goby becomes a mutant.

Well bioluminescent algae doesn't seem to bother sea life [emoji28] then again it needs excitement to shine haha

I definitely wouldn't cover the entire bottom, but it would be cool to make a couple of small "pools" with it... Especially in a cave or grotto in the rockwork. Assuming that it's safe, of course.
