I have a 30x30 footprint aquarium with live rock that occupies 1/2 the aquarium. I am just so fascinated by the shrimp goby combination. I want to get two pairs. Is this possible or am I asking for an all out battle royal. My hope is they get two caves on different parts.

In my experience you'd be ok. There might be issues when first introduced into the tank but they would find their separate territories pretty quick. I've had three goby/shrimp pairs in my 120g 2x4 tank. Down to two pairs now but I've been looking for some yasha gobies.
