Goni suddenly not doing well

Hello all!
Came back after a short trip to find my goni not extending fully. It used extend at least 3-4 inches. Also, seeing some kind of dark staining on the polyps.
Does anyone know what's going on with him? :(
The tank lighting is on Auto. There is also an ATO / skimmer. Rest of the corals (Softies and LPS) are doing well.

Sorry forgot to ask, what dip should I use :) ?
I was gonna do Coral RX but I am seeing some threads recommending Freshwater + Iodine dip while others recommend Seachem reef dip for gonis. @

nvm, found that coral revive works. got rid of about 7-10 brown worms! Thanks a ton for the help! hope the goni feels better !
